What delivery areas do we cover?
Hot Tub Hire Yorkshire cover areas within the entire Yorkshire Region. Our delivery team operates two-weekend hire slots, and these are Thursday – Monday and Friday – Tuesday.
Customers are also able to hire midweek or for a full week or longer. Delivery is completely free within 20 miles of our LS29 postcode.

What is the booking and delivery process?
Step 1
Our online booking process makes hiring a hot tub really easy and stress free.
Click on the date picker and select your required start date and rental period. We currently offer a 5 day (minimum), 1 week or two week hire periods.
Please contact us if you require a different hire period.
Prices and availability will be displayed for all products for the entered hire period
Choose your hot tub and accessories and add them to the cart.
When your happy with your selection and dates proceed to check out.
Your booking is secured with a 30% deposit with all major credit or debit cards.
The Payment balance is due 24 hours prior to delivery, we will email a payment request with a payment link attached for this.
Step 2
On booking completion, you will receive a confirmation email along with your invoice and our hire agreement.
Please could you read them carefully and then electronically sign them. Once signed, our system will automatically email you a copy of the agreement.
Step 3
You will receive a text message on or the day before delivery stating a delivery time slot.
If you are not available to receive your Hot Tub, that is not a problem; send us an email telling us where you would like us to install your hot tub.
We will set up the hot tub and and provide you with all the chlorine tablets required for your hire period.
Step 4
To ensure you are familiar with the hot tub controls and the required chlorine dosage during the hire period, we will go through how it all works. This will either be in person after delivery and set-up, or remotely if you are not available on the day of delivery and will include:
- Filling instructions
- Operator controls
- When you need to add chemicals
- How much of the chemicals are needed
- Leave you with a full set of written instructions and links to youTube instruction videos .

The Orbis is a 4 to 5 seat circular hot tub which measures 1830 mm in diameter and 740 mm in depth
The QuatroSpa is a 6 to 8 seat circular hot tub which measures 2000 mm in diameter and 740 mm in depth
The DuraSpa S380 is a 6 seat Square hot tub which measures 1990 mm square and 770 mm in depth
We also offer some accessories to hire or purchase, Steps, hot tap adapters and a selection of scented aromatherapy crystals

Reserving your hot tub booking is simple!
You can either book directly through our online booking system or call our customer service line for personalised assistance.
When booking on line, you'll need to specify your rental dates, the equipment you wish to rent, and provide a valid credit card for payment.
Online bookings require a 30% deposit, the balance of payment will be requested prior to delivery
As for cancellations, you will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your rental start date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.

Yes we do, we offer a free delivery and collection service within a 20 mile radius of our base in Ilkley, LS290EQ, ALL additional miles will be charged at 50p per mile.
Surplus mileage charges will be added to the balance of payment for deliveries and collections outside of the free 20 mile radius.
When making your reservation, please provide your full address and post code, email address and contact telephone number.
Our team will ensure your equipment is installed and set up and ready for you to fill.
Additionally, we’ll also empty the hot tub and pick up the equipment at the end of your rental period.

Access – We need a minimum of 30 inches width clearance and a minimum of 80 inches height clearance.
We cannot deliver over walls, or around tight angled corners.
We can deliver up and down stone steps, as long as there is not too many and it is not too steep.
You will need a relatively flat level area – at least 7ft x 7ft, so we can lay down and position the tub which can be on grass, decking, concrete or gravel.
Please contact us prior to booking if you are unsure.

- Hose pipe – hot tubs can be hot or cold filled from your water supply
- Power supply – either an inside or outside 13A socket.

It usually takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour 15 minutes depending on the water supply pressure.

With this you have 2 options. Option 1, you fill the tub with cold water from a hose and use the tub to fully heat the water, which will take around 12 hours to get the temperature to the desired 38 degree level. Option 2, you use a hot tap adapter with the hose to hot fill. This will dramatically reduce the heating time and means that it will only take around 2 hours before the tub is ready to use.

The minimum age to hire a hot tub from Hot Tub Hire Yorkshire is 18.

Children of all ages can use the hot tub with your permission and supervision. We would recommend a maximum setpoint temperature of 37 degrees C while children are using the hot tub.
