Our online booking process makes hiring a hot tub more relaxed than ever. Choose your hot tub, then enter the dates you want into our system; if it’s available, you can secure your booking with a 30% deposit with any major credit or debit card.

The Payment balance is due 24 hours before delivery, and our system will send an automatic email reminder to you.

Our system will then automatically send you a confirmation email along with your invoice and our hire agreement.

Please could you read them carefully and then electronically sign them. Once signed, our system will automatically email you a copy of the agreement.

The day before delivering your hot tub, you will receive a text with your delivery slot. If you are not available to receive your Hot Tub, that is not a problem; send us an email telling us where you would like us to install your hot tub.

We will set up the hot tub and provide you with all the chemicals required for your hire period.

To ensure you are familiar with the hot tub controls and the required maintenance during the hire period. We will give you a run-through of how it all works, including:

Operator controls
When you need to add chemicals
How much of the chemicals are needed
How to check the chlorine level with the test strips
Leave you with a full set of written instructions.
