Sales Delivery Information

DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND HANDOVER INFORMATION
Here at HTHY we don’t just deliver your RotoSpa Spa to you and leave you to figure it all out. In fact, your delivery, installation and handover process starts well before we have even received your spa from the manufacturer.

From the moment your spa goes into the build process, we keep tabs on exactly what stage of build it is and what is left to be done with it. Once your spa has completed its build, we then make our way to the factory to inspect it on your behalf.

On inspection, we require Rotospa to have your spa on a wet test so we can see your spa holding water and fully working. After the wet test, the spa is emptied, we then commence our full pre-delivery inspection on the same day.

Our people comb through it with a fine-tooth comb and look for any irregularities in the build, whether as simple as a slightly loose connection or as drastic as insufficient sealing. We ensure that your spa is in top condition and meets the same strict standards for our own hot tub fleet.

Once we have completed our PDI of the spa, it is then packed and loaded onto our vans, ready for delivery to you.

WAHAY! The day has come to have your spa delivered and installed. On delivery, we will double-check that the route from our van to your chose install site has not changed in the time between our first visit and the delivery day.

As long as the route is still clear, our expert team will proceed to install your spa at your chosen site and begin unwrapping and filling for you as well as setting up any accessories you may have ordered as well.

Once your spa has been filled, we will give you a full demonstration, showing all the settings and options your spa has to offer. We will always ensure you are comfortable with exactly how the spa works and what you need to do to keep it in tip-top condition.

If you would also like us to balance the water for you, we will return the following day (it is impossible to do it on the same day) to carry this out for you. This will also be your opportunity to learn exactly what you need to do to keep your water clean and safe for use.

Once we are happy and, most importantly, you are happy with how everything works, we will leave you to enjoy your brand new spa fully.

If something does go wrong, then there is absolutely nothing to worry about with our generous warranty package. If you have chosen to purchase our spa support package, we will be on hand every step of the way to help you with any issues you may have with a level of service that, we are sure, you will not find anywhere else.
